Afaik X month's issue is actually released the month before that, so November's issue is released in October and so on. Never really understood the point of it though.

Actually, we were a month behind. Chapter 1 came out in September, Chapter 2 in October, Chapter 3 will be out next week, so not much time between these chapters, pretty neat if you ask me.
